#1- E.J Manuel/ Quarterback/ Florida State Seminoles/ Junior
Like I said, FSU has many dangerous players and Manuel was a blue chip recruit who waited his turn behind Christian Ponder at quarterback for two years. Out of all of my top 25 under the radar players to watch, I see EJ Manuel as this year's Cameron Newton. Manuel is a harmful threat in the pocket with a cannon for an arm, but he also is as big of a threat on his feet, running the ball. If the Offense rolls up yards, clock, and points, E.J could even be a Heisman trophy contender.
